Install the app on your phone

1. Android: open this site in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”). When the Council publishes the Android app, install it from the link the Directorate sends instead.
2. iPhone: open this site in Safari (not Chrome), tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”, then “Add”.
3. Open Delta North EMS from the new icon on your home screen. It opens full screen, like any other app.
4. Sign in once with your phone number and the 6-digit code. You stay signed in on that phone.
5. Notifications on iPhone work only from the home-screen icon (iOS 16.4 or later), not from a Safari tab.

The installed app is this website, so it is always the latest version. It needs no app-store download.
